「DigiPress詳細設定」「サイト一般動作設定」「パララックスコントロールコンテンツ設定」の中のスクロールされる度にパララックスアニメーションを繰り返すのチェックを入れることで解決しました。

教えていたやり方で、吐き出されたファイルを添付いたします。

以下の状況につきましたデータベースを削除して全て一からインストールし直したのですが、状況変わらずです。wordpress管理画面のフロントページ選択もデフォルトの「投稿」になっていますので
ここは大丈夫だと思うのですが、どうしても解消されませんのでご教授願えればとおもいます。

’別の固定ページを選択してみました。「正常に保存しました。」となるのですが、表示はされず
ページ対象も、選択肢の一番上の固定ページ名に戻ってしまっています。’

やり直した都合上、表示したい固定ページのURLが変わりました。

付随して確認です。

現在、wordpress管理画面の「設定」でパーマリンクの設定が「投稿名」になっているのですが、
こちらは「基本」にしないとダメでしょうか？

フッター部分の表示解消しました。

wordpress管理画面の設定の一般設定の「サイト名」「キャッチフレーズが」空欄となっておりまして、そこに入力したら、表示されるようになりましたのでフッターの件は大丈夫です。

ちなみにフッター部分のコピーライトのサイト名も消えてしまっているのですが（先ほど気が付きました）こちらも解消できれば助かります。

補足です。

テーマは入れたばかりで、プラグイン等はwordpressデフォルトのままで新規にインストールしたものはありません。
