初めまして、質問させていただきます。
Macchiato最新版を使用しております。
chromeでdigipress「詳細設定」「トップページコンテンツ表示設定」
の中の「任意の固定ページを表示する」※指定した固定ページの本文のみが表示されます。
において固定ページを選択して保存したのですが、トップページ上に固定ページ本文が
表示されないのですが、どうすれば良いでしょうか？ご教授のほどよろしくお願い致します。

表示されているのは投稿ページの本文でして、表示したいのは固定ページ

トップページに指定されている固定ページですが、本来固定ページのID(38)がセットされる箇所が抜けています。
本来表示されるべきソース : <article id="page-38"... > 実際のトッページのソース ： <article id="page-"... >
このことから、詳細設定の設定が正常に保存できていない可能性があります。
お手数ですが、確認のため別の固定ページを選択した場合はいかがでしょうか。設定保存後、「任意の固定ページを表示する」オプションのページ対象が、変更した固定ページのタイトルで表示されているかお確かめ下さい。

ご指示通り、別の固定ページを選択してみました。
「正常に保存しました。」となるのですが、表示はされず
ページ対象も、選択肢の一番上の固定ページ名に戻ってしまっています。ちなみにフッター部分のコピーライトのサイト名も消えてしまっているのですが（先ほど気が付きました）こちらも解消できれば助かります。

フッター部分の表示解消しました。
wordpress管理画面の設定の一般設定の「サイト名」「キャッチフレーズが」空欄となっておりまして、そこに入力したら、表示されるようになりましたのでフッターの件は大丈夫です。
お騒がせしました。
以下の状況につきましたデータベースを削除して全て一からインストールし直したのですが、状況変わらずです。wordpress管理画面のフロントページ選択もデフォルトの「投稿」になっていますので
ここは大丈夫だと思うのですが、どうしても解消されませんのでご教授願えればとおもいます。よろしくお願い致します。

wp-config.phpの WP_DEBUG を true にしてデバッグモードを有効にし、表示されたPHPの警告等のメッセージをご連絡いただけますでしょうか。
